Melanie has over 30 years experience as a sales agent, Designated Broker and Vice President of Sales.

Melanie is currently an Associate Broker and team leader for Sanders Real Estate with Platinum Living Realty in Scottsdale, AZ.

Melanie has a vast amount of experience and knowledge with both buyers and sellers in all price ranges as well as new construction and relocation clients. Melanie has acquired her CLHMS (Luxury Home Specialist) certification by having helped numerous clients either sell or purchase a luxury home. Coming from the model world, her hands on knowledge of the importance of staging and getting your home ready is invaluable to her clients. 

As a MCNE (Master Certified Negotiation Expert), Melanie has won numerous awards for performance and was named Top 100 Women in Real Estate - New Homes from 1999 to 2006 in the Arizona Woman Magazine.

Melanie is also a CIAS (Certified Investor Agent Specialist) where she finds, creates, and closes with residential real estate investors with the knowledge and tools earned through comprehensive education and experience.
